Who you are dealing with

PackKaro is the trading name of Anubha Sales, a sole proprietorship, Fauji Nagar, Bhilai, Durg, Chhattisgarh. GSTIN 22ADSPY5771H1ZV. Using this site means accepting these terms.

Who can use the site

You may browse and use PackGPT without an account. An account is needed to save a cart, request a quotation, or place an order, and you are responsible for what happens under your login.

The platform is built primarily for businesses, but individuals may order too. A GSTIN is optional — provide one if you want it on your tax documents.

Prices

• Prices shown include GST. The figure you see for a roll or a box is the figure you pay for it — there is no tax added afterwards at checkout.
• Freight is not included. It is quoted separately, Ex-Raipur, and confirmed by our team for your destination.
• Prices can change. The price that counts is the one on your quotation, and it is subject to confirmation when you place the order.

Quotations

• A quotation is valid for 7 days from its date. BOPP film is priced off a base rate that moves with the polymer market, so we would rather requote than hold a stale number.
• A quotation is an offer to supply on the terms stated, not a confirmed order. It becomes an order when we confirm it.
• Quotations are produced from the specification you give us. If the carton, weight or destination turns out to be different, the price may change.

Orders, stock and made-to-order goods

• Orders above our standard range — currently more than 30 boxes — are quoted by our team rather than priced automatically on the site.
• Some specifications are made to order rather than stocked. The 48 micron grade is the common example. These carry their own lead time and are always quoted manually.
• We may decline or cancel an order where a product is unavailable or a price was clearly wrong. If you have already paid, we refund it.

Payment

Payment is not collected on this website. It is settled directly with our team, typically by bank transfer against the invoice for your order, on terms as agreed.

Guidance, PackGPT and calculators

PackGPT, the solution pages and the calculators exist to help you narrow down a specification quickly. They are guidance, not a guarantee of fitness for your particular load. Recommendations are based on general packaging practice and on what you tell us about your cartons; they do not account for conditions we cannot see.

Before you commit to a specification for anything that matters, confirm it with our team. We would much rather have that conversation than have a shipment fail. Where a requirement genuinely exceeds what our standard range does well, we will say so.

Delivery, defects and replacement

Goods are supplied Ex-Raipur unless agreed otherwise, and delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees.

Replacement is offered only for genuine manufacturing defects in the product, reported within 2 days of delivery with photos of the defect. Transit damage, and goods that arrived as ordered, are not covered for return or replacement.

Returns and cancellation

Goods once sold are not taken back. Confirmed orders cannot be cancelled.

This does not affect our own right, set out above, to decline or cancel an order where a product is unavailable or a price was clearly wrong — in which case anything you have paid is refunded.

Your content

If you upload artwork for printed tape, you confirm you have the right to use it, and you allow us to reproduce it for the purpose of quoting and producing your order. We do not use it for anything else.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site, scrape it wholesale, or misuse PackGPT to generate content unrelated to packaging. We may suspend an account being used that way.

Availability

We try to keep the site up but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Features may change. PackGPT depends on third-party AI services and can be unavailable independently of the rest of the site.

Liability

Our responsibility for a supply is limited to the goods supplied — replacing them or refunding what you paid. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profit or downstream costs, arising from the use of the site or its guidance. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes fall to the courts at Durg, Chhattisgarh.
